🍝 Creamy Garlic Pasta Recipe

 



📝 Ingredients:

  • 200g pasta (spaghetti or penne)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup fresh cream (or milk)
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (cheddar or parmesan)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Pour in the cream (or milk) and stir well.
  5. Add grated cheese and mix until it melts into a smooth sauce.
  6. Add salt and black pepper to taste.
  7. Add the boiled pasta and mix until fully coated with the sauce.
  8. Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring gently.
  9. Sprinkle parsley on top (optional).
