๐Ÿณ Chicken Fried Rice Recipe

 



๐Ÿงพ Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup basmati rice (cooked and cooled)
  • 1 cup chicken (small pieces)
  • 1 egg
  • Chopped vegetables (carrot, peas, capsicum)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt (to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 2–3 tbsp oil

๐Ÿ‘จ‍๐Ÿณ Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry the egg, then set aside
  2. In the same pan, cook the chicken until done
  3. Add onion and vegetables, stir-fry for a few minutes
  4. Add the cooked rice
  5. Mix in soy sauce, salt, and black pepper
  6. Add the egg and chicken, stir well for 2–3 minutes
  7. Serve hot

๐Ÿ˜‹ Tips:

  • Use day-old rice for better texture
  • Add chili sauce for extra flavor
