๐ณ Chicken Fried Rice Recipe
๐งพ Ingredients:

1 cup basmati rice (cooked and cooled)

1 cup chicken (small pieces)

1 egg
-
Chopped vegetables (carrot, peas, capsicum)

1 onion (chopped)
-
2 tbsp soy sauce
-
Salt (to taste)

½ tsp black pepper
-
2–3 tbsp oil
๐จ๐ณ Instructions:

Heat oil in a pan and fry the egg, then set aside

In the same pan, cook the chicken until done
-
Add onion and vegetables, stir-fry for a few minutes
-
Add the cooked rice
-
Mix in soy sauce, salt, and black pepper
-
Add the egg and chicken, stir well for 2–3 minutes
-
Serve hot

Use day-old rice for better texture
-
Add chili sauce for extra flavor
