4–5 fresh oranges

1–2 teaspoons sugar (optional)

A pinch of salt (optional)

½ cup cold water (optional)

Ice cubes (as needed)

Wash the oranges well.

Cut them in half.

Squeeze the juice using a hand juicer or by hand.

Remove seeds from the juice.
